Galician Centre of Contemporary Art

Nestled in the heart of the historic center of Santiago de Compostela, the Centro Galego de Arte Contemporánea (CGAC) stands as an architectural gem where tradition and modernity elegantly intertwine. This contemporary art museum, inaugurated in 1993, constitutes a true bridge between the rich Galician heritage and the most current artistic expressions.

The building itself is a work of art in its own right, designed by the renowned Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza.
